This is so amazing! Japan is the #1 place I want to visit in the world and I'm going in like 2 days!!! YEAHHH!!!!!!

I'll be eating ramen noodle packets (not cups because the packets are cheaper) for months afterwards because I'm so broke I can't afford anything after the plane ticket but it'll be worth it, right?
Obviously, I wont be on DA very much and won't be able to post/upload any art. But I will try to write some update journals. (:
I will be back and kicking on here by the 1st of July and will hold a small contest and or a mass art trade for my watchers when i get back!
I don't post any photography on here but i'm actually really into photography and do a lot of photo shoots for people, so this trip is going to be one huge photo shoot for me. I may or may not share some photos of the trip on here.
If anyone has been to Japan/traveling internationally and has any tips for me, please share!

Hello all! My apologies for the absence and lack of response. I have returned from my long and much-needed hiatus, I'll be uploading quite a bit from here on out as well as holding monthly giveaways and accepting all kinds of commissions.
However, I've noticed a ridiculously overpriced "core" membership among other changes on the site. I'm wanting a name change but there's no way in hell i'm paying 50 bucks, it's hard enough to come by money in the first place as an artist. What are your thoughts on this? As well as any other recent changes? Is deviantart still a pretty relevant/useful site for us artists?
